Job Purpose:  The software developer role is part of the information technology department and is responsible for the customization and service of new software for the company’s growing client base. Working closely with external clients and various departments internally you will analyze the client’s software customization requirements and propose ideas for software modifications, including cost and time proposals.

Job Duties:

  • Produce in partnership with other developers the specifications and code necessary.
  • Coordinate quality testing of the modifications in a controlled staging environment.
  • Develop training materials and job aids for end users.
  • Provide ongoing service for the new software

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area of study
  • Exceptional web development and coding skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Java, C++, Visual Basic, and Oracle.
  • Strong problem solving skills, with focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Job Purpose:  The marketing specialist role is part of the marketing department and is responsible for the marketing of new software, customization, and service for the company’s growing client base. The marketing specialist role is responsible for the promotion and growth of the organization while keeping true to the values and portraying the company in a positive point of view. Partner with other departments to support sales and branding activities by assisting with the development of print and online marketing materials and providing organizational and in-person support to sales department as needed.

Job Duties:

  • Research and analyze market trends
  • Create concise reports based on those analyses with recommended actions
  • Utilize and update the marketing database of customers and leads.
  • Manage social media channels including new posts and chat monitoring

Successful sales representatives are able to establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients as well as partner with internal team members to develop a customization plan based on the customer’s needs.

Job Duties:

  • Provide live and online product demonstrations
  • Sells product by providing a proposal based on the client’s business needs.
  • Discuss fluently the customization capabilities of the new software
  • Maintain familiarity with competitive products and comparisons
  • Negotiate and finalize terms of sales agreement
