Healthy foods .vs. Fatty foods
“Junk food you’ve craved for an hour or the body you’ve craved for a life time? Your decision.”Food can be classified into two types, fatty foods (junk) and healthy food. Heathy foods supply a good source of energy and fatty foods drain your energy.
Conversely, whole foods naturally grown provide a variety of benefits and a substantially better nutrition. Healthy food contains a lot of vitamins, minerals, and fiber all of which can improve overall health.Often, left in their whole unprocessed form rarely containing any of the processed ingredients that have damaging health effects. Fatty foods on the other hand do the exact opposite which contain no vitamins and nutrients. Which are processed and contain a lot of chemicals,preservatives, artificial flavors and colors. Junk foods not only lack nutrients, but they often contain ingredients that can damage your health.
In contrast, fatty foods can lead to disorders such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease. Healthy food can help prevent health risks and help regulate your digestive system. Fruits and vegetables that are high in vitamins can help you lose or maintain your weight. Junk food, can make you gain weight which also leads to obesity.
Additionally, healthy and fatty foods, both look very appetizing, the aroma smells very delicious, and the taste is mouthwatering. Also both are edible foods that fills your stomach when you are hungry. These can be purchased at your local grocery store. The human body needs food every day to survive and you can choose healthy or fatty foods.
Lastly, with healthy food you feed your body the nutrients and vitamins it needs and helps you live a good long life. Whereas fatty foods does the exact opposite, which causes your body to be at risk with illnesses. The next time you eat ask yourself “Will this food benefit my health or put my health at risk?”
