Commercial Law Contract

* The contract occurred on the date of 1st February, 2012

* Between:

* Jim Scott (Buyer)

* And:

* Nivea Cosmetic Shop (Seller)

* (Commonly referred to as, "Nivea Cosmetics")

* Where as:

A. The buyer intends to purchase a skin care product based on the qualifications written within this agreement (the "Skincare Pact")

B. The seller intends to sell one bottle of Nivea's body lotion.

C. Both parties, including the seller and buyer wish to outline their respective rights and obligations

In consideration of the mutual promises contained in this agreement, the parties agree as follows:

1. Seller's Obligations

a) The seller agrees to supply one (1) bottle of Nivea body lotion given the following specifications:

i. Container size: 400 milliliters ("ml") or 13.5 oz.

ii. Composition: It is a natural body lotion, which is enriched with elements for ensuring an even skin tone and skin protection from the UVA/UVB rays.

iii. Content: The product contained in the bottle should not be less than 400ml, and it should have the main key ingredients, instructions on how to use the product and any given warnings stipulated on the product's cover. The product is applied on the body skin and is only intended for external use. In addition, it should be kept away from children.

iv. Customization: The Buyer shall, at the buyer's only option be supplied with the product having the following ingredients with no extra costs to the buyer:

1. (Active ingredients): octinoxate and avobenzone

2. Water

3. Stearic Acid

4. Cetyl Alcohol

5. Mineral oil

6. Sodium Hydroxide

7. Glycerin

v. Delivery: The Nivea skin care product shall be delivered to the location of

the seller's business premises within five (5) minutes of the placing of the order of the buyer. All further transport of other related skin care products shall be on the sole responsibility of the buyer. Upon delivery, the seller warrants and agrees that in normal handling circumstances, the skin care product will remain fresh even before it is delivered to the buyer. If the product is not delivered
