All the voices and conversations that go on in the mind, It gets so hard to not think of anything. Then when you least expect it you make a mountain out of a molehill with the conversation that goes on, everything seems so bad when actually it isn't that bad at all!! So why do we still allow this to happen to us?? I do it whenever Im uncomfortable and then I go deep into myself and don't want to talk to anyone unless I feel they can understand.
Its usually all about change, Its soo scary for some of us and when people dont make it easy it gets even harder.
It would be great to be able to sit here and think of nothing and enjoy the beauty of being. To have the mind clear of all thoughts and not to entertain any thoughts that come through. Is meditation the best way forward, I think so, If it helps then definately. It also helps teach you how to have compassion for those who do like to make it hard for you.
Meditation takes practice though but its well worth it. The more you practice the better you become at keeping your mind clear of thoughts. The more you realise that things are not worth worrying over as what is meant to be will be. It sounds so easy doesn't it but we will get there one day through alot of perserverance and continuity.
a clear mind also helps you keep focused and have clarity on thhings. You also end up enjoying the beauty of all around.
Its blissfull and peaceful when you enter that space absolutely divine. Its just a matter of being there more than once, but when you do get there enjoy.
