Siemens uses a lot of ways to improve good career opportunities for its employees. Making workers being involved in their work help them to improve their careers and other aspects of their working lives.
It highlights the full engagement of people in workplace to manage employees in excellent way. Giving responsibility, letting them know they are trusted and enhance their efforts help them developing motivation.
Siemens has many ways to valuate workers by letting them taking part of the team to improve the quality of their work.

For Siemens, it's really important that every employee fell involved in the company. By this way, they will do their best, thanks to the management strategy which is about making people trust in themselves and make a relationship between organization ́s goals and their personal goals.
This management strategy is called Talent management.
This strategy include every employee of the organization and helps them to improve their performances and reach their full potential. High performance team is about shared goals, engagement and reach results together. The strategy provides the way to get better and look for new opportunities.

The appraisal system called Performance Management Process has a direct link between the strategy of the organization and plan for each individual :
This system provides to the employees a clear vision of the impact of their individual performance on the goals of the organization. With an open communication and a feeling of trust in the company, this system give shared values and commons objectives. If a company want to have good results, they have to make everyone in the organization working hard. This is a great strategy because the company create a relation between individual goals and company goals.
