Case Study Chapter 3
She should remain in college because it's only her first year. She should at least finish taking her pre requisite classes and then by the time she's done she should know what she'd want to do by then.
The suggestion I have for Amy that might help her find some sense of educational purpose is to create a five step plan on things she likes to do, and how to explore those options, then she should find classes that have to deal with these things and take them.

No, I would not agree that Amy is currently wasting her time because she can meet new people around school who can show her different activities to get involved with.
No I would not agree that Amy shouldn't have begun college because even if she does drop our, she still would have at least gotten to learn certain experiences before making her final decision.

I made this recommendation because I know that if I was in the same exact predicament these are some of the things I would do, in order not to fail a class.

No I do not agree with Lauren's decision to start skipping classes because Nick is clearly only thinking about himself and how lonely he is. He shows no concern about Lauren skipping classes and having her grades drop because of this.
Lauren could ask Nick to help her study for classes. If he has a car she can suggest him dropping and picking
