My collaboration and contribution

I was using sharing and discussion approach when interacted with the other team members in our weekly team meeting. I was sharing all the information and discuss all the details with other team members in order to smoothen the decision process. From the team evaluation report, it showed that my collaboration, contribution and participation were effective, important and useful to my other team members.However, there are still room of improvement for myself in order to reach the maximum impact. I expected to learn and practice leadership, job allocation, teamwork, and more critical analysis practice within my team. I feel that my team members have given fair evaluation regarding my involvement and I will do self-reflection to improve my future contribution and participation in my team.

Team collaboration and interactions

So far, all team members were attended the meeting on time in our previous team meetings. Most of us come from different majors which enriched our team discussion. We shared and learned from each other. It made our learning and discussion process more dynamic and interesting. Most of our team members have contributed great efforts in the discussion and decision making process.

What I need to improve on to become an effective team member

My strength is providing individual effort in getting thing done as needed and my weakness is providing details explanation in systematic way. I like and encourage the practice of brain storming process and try to enhance my skills and capabilities from reading more related information and getting more feedback from my other team members to meet the intended outcomes.
