Etiquette is the standards of right conduct in polite society, or, more generally , to any special code of social conduct or compliment
Capitalism is economic system in which the major rate of production and distribution is in private hands. A lot of firms are privately owned like banks. The private ownership and market are parts of capitalism contrast with its opposite, socialism

1- Growing trade deficit: America continues to run a big trade deficit.
2- American firms are focused on short-run performance.
