How do you motivate your employees to boost their productivity?

Basically, they act like family. If there is any problems or difficulties, they mostly share it to each other to boost their confidence. If there is anything going wrong, they will have a briefing either in the morning or in the evening in term of what they did wrong to discuss their mistakes.

How do you maintain a positive environment in the workplace?

They just try to be honest to everyone. For instance, they will just tell to us if they want to share something.

How do you deal with difficult customers?

It is depending on the day, if there is too much complaints on the same food, then we will our fault so we will just give them a complementary or a dessert. We will try to make the customers happy because our main point is “Customer is always right.”.

Basically, they act like a family. If there is any problems or difficulties occur, they will mostly share their stories to each other. It also helps to boost their confidence. For instance, there is anything going wrong, they will have a briefing either in the morning or in the evening in term of what they did wrong. It is also give them an opportunity to discuss their mistakes as well as improve themselves. Furthermore, they also try to be honest to everyone. If they want to share anything, they can just tell it to anyone of them. This is one of the way they maintain a positive environment in the workplace. In other hand, when they face a difficult customer like fussy or complain a lot, they will provide the customer a complementary or a dessert. Sometimes, it is also depending on that day. If there is too much complaints on the same food, that means they make their fault. Thus, they will offer a dessert. They will try to make the customers happy since their main point is “Customer is always right”.
