Business Plan

The Business Plan that I see is close to a real estate business that has four agents that all work independently of one another. And at times work closely with one another as one agent may have to bring in another agent or all of the agents depending on how many services the client needs.
Let us say for the sake of this letter the rent on our lease is $1,200 a month. We would divide that cost up equally amongst ourselves at $300 a month each. Obviously there would additional cost for utilities and office supplies.
Now I don't suppose (for me) this is the kind of business that I would want to sit in an office for 8 hours a day, and 5 days a week. For other agents, it may certainly be just that, and hopefully they will get rewarded with more clients. For me though, a lot of the initial contacting would be through our website, email, and our mobile telephones.
I understand that the demographic the three of you are targeting is between the ages of 20 to 35 years of age. If we must have a targeted age, that will not be the targeted age for me. The age group I plan to target will be couples that are 35 years of age and older.
So actually this business would be part-time for me. And when the opportunity to help a client exist, I would give the adventure the amount of time and effort that provides a service that exceeds my clients expectations.
So what I see is a client/service type business where (hypothetically) I charge a client a rate of $150.00 an hour (and the three of you have your own rate) for my expertise (like a lawyer). I would make journal entries for each time I spoke or had a meeting with my client. I will charge them in 15 minute intervals. Meaning if I spoke with a client for 1 to 15 minutes, I am still going to bill them for 15 minutes worth of my time. I would then add up all of the expenses they incurred as the contract between the client and I states. I would add "fees' that cover the wear and tear of using our facility, if they did.
If they have hired me to make arrangements to pay the church, hall, park, beach, theater, a celebrities house, the chef, the DJ, the make-up artists, the butterflies, the venders and any other services they may come up with, it would be my choice to provide them with that service and I would charge them according to what I thought would be fair.
At times when business is slow I may use the facility to arrange "wine tasting" dinner parties as a marketing campaign to get people talking about our services.
I may charge a fee to let book reading clubs the opportunity to use the facility. And in-turn they may spread word of our services as I continue to find ways to bring in revenue.

And yes, I need a kitchen.
