Burke is a well-known market research firm and a strong identity since 1931. They continuously improve their technology, process and methodologies to help its clients. In recent years the industry trying to find creative ways like telephone interview, web interview, mobile phone survey and shorter internet survey so that they can get more response from their client. Over this period marketing research has become an integral part of the decision-making process. Burke not only just provide data collection, but also they makes clients full circle in the market research process. Firstly they define the research problem and once they find the problem they come up with a suitable approach and analytical model that will help the client to solve the problem. Burke works with clients and help them and trying to identify what problem they are facing to make decision. After 2009 the industry is looking for creative methods to conduct marketing research using telephone interviews, mall intercept, web interviews, mobile phone surveys and multimode methods.
