In recent years the industry trying to find creative ways like telephone interview, web interview, mobile phone survey and shorter internet survey so that they can get more response from their client. After 2009 the industry is looking for creative methods to conduct marketing research using telephone interviews, mall intercept, web interviews, mobile phone surveys and multimode methods.
