Booking PVO for use

1. Book a PVO on CTS1100 screen in the Home+Office Vertical

2. Select date and time to use PVO

3. When the schedule time has commence, the user can proceed to the PVO area

4. At the PVO area, the user can flash the card

5. The lights on the wall, IP phone and Wifi AP on the table will be switch on

Control of Air-con temperature using IP phone

1. On the IP phone panel, select "+" or "-" to increase r decrease the temperature setpoint

2. Notice the setpoint increase and decrease respectively

Control of lights using IP phone

1. Select "on" or "off" for lights on the IP phone panel

2. Notice the lights being switched off and on respectively

Ending PVO usage

3. Select checkout from IP phone screen

4. IP phone and Wifi AP will be switched off

5. The user can now flash the card to exit the room and the lights will be switched off subsequently

3.1 Using IP Phone Control

The following detail the usage of IP Phone control. When the IP Phone has been turned on, the following UI will be loaded automatically on the touch panel screen of the phone

1. Increase the temperature setpoint by 1 degree

2. Decrease the temperature setpoint by 1 degree

3. Turned on lights on wall

4. Turned off lights on wall

5. Checked out button is used to end PVO usage

Note : Do not control the lights, temperature and checkout when the IP Phone is showing "Requesting". It will not work if the IP Phone is requesting for update with the XML server

Please allow 5 seconds interval between switching
