Our company has had a very successful year. We are looking to expand our employee benefits. Tuition reimbursement is a benefit that employers may offer to their employees. It is a program that could pay all or part of an employee's tuition for college education. Our company would like to include the benefit of tuition reimbursement for a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication to our current benefits package. Supporting our employees in their education will benefit our company in the long run. It will provide new professional opportunities to our employees. When our employees receive their degrees, their careers will be enhanced and their earnings will increase. Overall, our company will benefit by retaining highly qualified individuals who will be committed to working for our company.
Employees who earn a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication will be eligible to apply for new professional opportunities within our company. The education and experience our employees will gain through the Bachelor's program will bring skilled employees to our company that we can utilize in different areas of our management team. Employees who start with the basic skills of our company could choose to benefit from this program with the potential of moving up the corporate ladder. Our company is growing at a rapid pace right now and we will be opening positions that will require educated and confident employees to fulfill the demand. Once an employee attains a career within our company, he or she will be eligible to our full benefits package which includes retirement, life and health insurance and dental and vision coverage. Higher education is a luxury in today's economy and not many people are able to afford college degrees without financial assistance. Implementing these programs within our corporation will attract highly motivated employees who have the desire to not only grow personally as well as professionally.
There are many professions available to employees who major in Business and Communication. Some of the most common positions available would include but are not limited to: public relations, marketing, media, translators, interpreters and education. These positions are important to our company in their own way. Public relations work involves promoting and maintain the public image and reputation of an entity. Marketing positions may include advertising sales, creative director or media planner. Media work would include positions like journalist, broadcaster, market researcher or media interviewer. Business communication degree holders who speak multiple languages can pursue careers as translators and interpreters. They would be very beneficial to our world-wide growth. Education positions may include teachers, trainers and coaches. A person who holds a degree in business communication usually exhibits strong skills in written, oral and interpersonal communications. These individuals understand the business world. The key for our company to grow is to have professionals ready for the transition. We believe that enhancing our benefits package with this program will place us ahead of the competition. As our company expands, our employees will be prepared for a successful future within our company.
