Organizational Level 3. In this scenario, I believe that communication is the most appropriate based on the Achieve Model. Clarity is needed to define the bigger picture, the Listo's vision. When layers of management are added seperating the executive level from the line staff level, communications from the executive level are diminished once they travel through the chain of command. The executive level should get involvled and conduct frequent department meetings with the department managers and all employees in that department. The objective of these meetings should be to discuss how current projects are going, the Listo's goals, and issues they are having in achieving those goals as it relates to the success of that specific department. This will give the departments a better understanding of which direction the Listo is going as well as facilitate them in functioning in a way that is more conducive to the company's goals and objectives.

Teamwork is important because either the product is so complex that it requires a team with multiple skills to produce, and/or a better product will result when a team approach is taken.
