1. Imagine you're on an airplane and it suddenly begins rolling dramatically from side to

side. What would you do?

* My answer would be B - Become vigilant in case there is an emergency. Notice the flight attendants and review the card with instructions for emergencies.

This is the quickest response I could think of. I am very alert and will take all necessary precautions possibly. I can imagine been on a plane and all of a sudden something does not feel right - that is a very scary situation. I will make sure to be very attentive and I guess, go into survival mode.

2. Imagine that you expect to earn an A in a course you are taking, but you get a C on

your midterm exam. What would you do?

* My answer will be A - A specific plan to improve your grade, and resolve to implement the plan.

This is just me, if I fail something the first time. I will correct the issue right away. I will sit down and review what I did wrong, then implement a change - try to find a better solution to why I failed. I will always try to improve the grade because, when it all comes down to it. It will be an overall average, if I continue to get all Cs. That could be my final grade.

3. While riding in a friend's car, your friend becomes enraged at another driver who

just cut in front of him. What would you do?

* A - Tell your friend to let it slide that it is no big deal.

This answer came from experience. I have seen too many road rages and sometimes, they end up bad. It only takes a few minutes just to calm down and gather your thoughts. Why try to escalate the situation? People are losing their lives now because of circumstances such as these. This can also cause problems for other motorist on the road.

4. You and your girlfriend or boyfriend has just had an argument that became a heated shouting contest. By now, you're both very upset, and each of you has started making nasty personal attacks on the other. What do you do?

* D - Pause to collect your thoughts, and then explain your views and your side of the issue clearly.

In a relationship, you have to be patient. This means is mindful of the things you say. I have been in a relationship for over 15 years with my wife, and yes at times we argue, but with that experience. I have learned how to handle myself. You do not think clearly when you're upset or defensive. Take a breather, sit down and think what you will say next- you do not want to respond in a negative manner. You will get nowhere by doing this.

My IQ Results
