Be Organized

School is defined as a place which offers knowledge and skills on different aspects of life. Education is therefore a very crucial element in life. Apart from knowledge gained from books, schools try to ensure that students are well rounded with knowledge from other fields that would enable them combat different challenges in life. These skills are imperative and it is the obligation of teachers to ensure that they equip students for them to overcome these challenges. Organization is one of the challenges that affect the performance of students in different academic institutions. Moreover, procrastination cannot be left out as it contributes to under performance in schools as well.

The rules of organization are simple in such a way that no one can have an excuse for being disorganized. Organization amongst students is a major problem hence why it should be addressed extensively (Zander 38). The process of being organized begins from planning. Students should be quick to plan on their daily activities or assignments. This would ensure that they are in a position to execute these tasks in the best and most efficient way possible. After careful planning, students should try and sort the tasks according to priorities. Prioritizing tasks is an important measure that would ensure that these tasks are accomplished according to their urgency. Students should therefore follow these steps as they would assist them in becoming more organized and ready to accomplish different objectives in day to day activities.

Setting goals is another crucial step that is relevant for organization to be effective (Hall 72). Goals give one a sense of direction and also act as a way of motivating one to put more efforts towards achieving them. Once setting goals has been done, any task that a student wishes to complete becomes goal oriented and this is what enhances the culture of organization. There are many elements which inculcate an organizational culture amongst students. It is therefore up to the student to identify the elements which enhance organization and these would act as a way of ensuring that the students are organized. Organization would enhance school performance and therefore ensure that students get better grades in schools. This would be possible if a student's goals are in relation to performing better and getting good grades.

Better performance is imperative for students especially when it comes to selecting different career paths (O'neill 31). Students who are organized are able to maximize on the units which make them more suitable for particular careers. Therefore, organization can be seen to play an important role not only in the education path but also in the career path. Students are able to give good grades after they realize that better performance begins with good organization. Research has revealed that students who are better performers are well organized when it comes to classroom as well as co-curricular activities.
