Asiacell is number one mobile telecommunication provider in Iraq. It has been established by Farouk Mustafa Rasool in 1999. It was established in the city of Sulimania in Iraq and its main building is placed in there. Asiacell begins it public operation in 2000. The company is getting strong and the support of its shareholder play a place. The company went public on February 2013(IPO) offering 25% of its equity to shareholders. Qatar telecom(Ooredoo) is the key shareholder of Asiacell and a big supporter. Asiacell with Qatar telecom's support were able to provide services across the MENA region and South-East Asia. Asiacell currently cover 97% of Iraqi population. This gives almost every Iraqi access to Asiacell services. It is main building is in Sulinamia, but it goes over all the Iraqi 18 governorates. It is the first mobile telecom in Iraq, which gave it the specialty that however use mobile when it was released in Iraq has Asiacell Sim Card.

Asiacell simply sells Sim Cards the enable us to access to the company's telecom services. The Sim Card is a small piece of plastic that has a number on it and this number is your phone number. This Sim Card enable us to make calls, send massages, and use internet. There are many services that came with Asialcell Sim Cards. For example, there is the student service in which all you need is to show your student ID number and you will get the service. This service is less expensive and gave us extra free credits since they are students. Also, credit transfer service which enable us to transfer credits easily between Sim Cards in emergency situations. Melody , voice mail, vice SMS are all examples of services that you can use as soon as we get the Sim Card. These services gave Asiacell users variety that make them prefer Asiacell on other mobile telecom. Here is a picture of the Sim Card:

In terms of the Packaging, Asiacell have changed it multiple times over years. It started with a small box that has all the information needed about the company and the uses. Currently, the new one is a cardboard envelope that has the Sim Card inside it. It is a very well design cardboard that you could open easily. it has all the information needed in three languages, Arabic, Kurdish, and English. The envelop contain a small paper with the things that a user should avoid while using the Sim Card. This paper give the users warning and help them secure their numbers. Also, it contain a small book that has information on how to use it and how to access to all the services that the company provide. The packaging has the same colors that is the company's colors, red and white.

Asiacell is a B2C product which means business for consumer. In order have product, the product has to go through different stages or in other words, the Product Life Cycle. The PLC has four stages in which each product goes through since
