“Pho Tay – Saigon” is the common name of the area covering the streets of Pham Ngu Lao, Bui Vien, De Tham, Do Quang Dau and the neighboring areas, in Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

The living rhythm in “Pho Tay” is always fast and noisy, especially at night. During the daytime, foreign visitors can travel to other places but at night, they return to “Pho Tay” to relax, entertain and experienced the pavement life of Saigon. The night in “Pho Tay” is colorful in lights and the colors of various culture.
“Pho Tay” does not sleep at night, with a lot of fun, happiness in the life span of Saigon. It not only taught you about independence but also self – confident. Once you had figured out how to survive in this strange world, then you could embrace its difference, marvel at its richness and its unceasing variety.

The market research methods are mentioned about many real documents in the world. For Bui Vien street food stall only, there are some researches about this typical street food stall but for the Bui Vien information only apply in website… Bui Vien street food stall has been appeared for over 10 years and it became one of the most chosen places for young people and foreigner in Ho Chi Minh City.
According to Tracey Lister and Andreas Pohl (Vietnamese Street food book), it showed that the street food in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) is arguably the best in Vietnam. The city boasts so many street food outlets that Saigon feels like one gigantic open-air restaurant. Eating street food is without doubt one of the best things to do in Saigon.
