Operational Requirements
These requirements state how the system will work and at the same time it explains how in time the way the system works may change. This is most common seen in software systems that work alongside other systems. When this occurs it is known as system integration. Information systems never remain constant. They are growing every day in many directions for the better. Businesses tend to go with what is new in the technology world to keep up with the latest systems so that information systems that support them can run faster. When dealing with these new systems, one has to think of thinking such as the future. If you want to be able to late access a web site from your cell phone, you will need to make sure your system has portability. This simply means things will change over time and how the system will need to adapt to the changes without having to do too much work to help it do so. 5. HR Management Information System
6. Recruiting
7. Performance Record

9. Scheduling
10. Absence Management
