Afirmitave Action

Affirmative action is something that we all need to not only aware of but put it in our daily life's. Affirmative action will protect this company and each individual that is already working here or one that might be a poetical worker. We must implement this action because it can really hurt the company if we don't.

Affirmative action is put into place because of what has happened over the years though out all businesses this helps employees feel safe at work. Because of a no tolerance for sexual harassment, racial comments either. That is just some of the things that this company will be protective of the worker when they put this affirmative action into place. The other ones that affirmative action protects us from is age, sex as well. this company is well over 70% of men working here.. Why don't we have more women working here? I believe we need to be more balances in all areas age, race, sex.

Affirmative action all comes down to is equal opportunity for everyone that works here or might work here. We all deserve to go high in this company. I want to know that it is possible as long as I work hard and do great work. I want to also be able to want to sit in your chair one day after many of years working here. To be able to see that in my future but in others as well would be amazing to know. When we start doing affirmative action you will see that your employees will be happier they are now and you will see a big difference in there actions and also there work load will be more sufficient then what it has been.

In conclusion having an equal opportunity for everyone here is the best way to go. That way we can fell safer at work. And we know you will take our complaints and our concerns more seriously.
