Advantages and Disadvantages of Internet

Internet can be useful in human daily life. It has a lot of advantages to users. But Internet also has a few disadvantages that can be a threat to users.
One of the advantages is Internet makes communication a lot easier. Communication is faster and more reliable by using Internet. Secondly, users can search any information on the Internet. Users can almost find any type of data on almost any kind of subject that users are searching for. There's a huge amount of information available on the internet. Thirdly, Internet also gives entertainment to users. Users can download games, visiting chat rooms or just surfing the Web. Music, hobbies, news and more can be found and shared on the Internet. Lastly, daily works can easily be done as there are many services are now provided on the Internet such as online banking and job seeking.
One of the disadvantages of the Internet is theft of personal information. Users might be facing danger as the personal information can be accessed by other users. Another disadvantage of Internet is spamming. Spamming refers to sending unwanted e-mails in bulk, which provide no purpose and needlessly obstruct the entire system. Also, computers that are attached to Internet are more prone to virus attacks. Virus attacks can end up into crashing users' whole hard disks. Last but not least, the disadvantage of using Internet is users are exposed to pornography. There are thousands of pornography sites on the Internet that can be easily found and this problem is the biggest threat related to users' healthy mental life.
Internet gives benefits to users only if users use it on the right way. Users should realize that somehow Internet can also give negative effects to users.
