There are many choices as an adult that we often have when it comes to returning to school. In the following paragraphs, I will introduced you to some of the elements and different ways colleges uses adult theory. I feel that after you have read my paper, you will have learned how adults learn and many ways colleges and institutions has developed higher learning.
I feel that adult learning theory is sometimes complicated. I also think that many adults are willing to learn about it anyway. There are many ways and factors that will lead into motivation of adult learning but typically there is a motive for adult learning. But as soon as we as adults, get the opportunity to go to college, we feel though that we has accomplished a goal in life.
As adults, we make the choices of attending school. So therefore, we go out and spend our money signing up for school. We can spend a considerable amount of time and energy looking for the benefits of learning and at times that cost of us not learning, before we are able to determine if we really want to invest in it or not. Many peoples will encourage us that going to school is good for us and that we can make it, if we put effort into it.
In my conclusion, I feel that at times training should be based on our needs of an adult. But also that information provided concerning training and the ability to learn, should have a motive for learning. As an adult myself, I am glad to be in school learning. I know that I am able to learn and to be in a career that I love with my heart. I know that there are a lot of peoples of whom have went to school and now have jobs that they don't like and is there only for the pay. I don't even want that to be me. I have a passion for my major and is willing to fight hard and to learn more to maintain a passing average in my classes.
