“It’s not a good idea to always look for a new frontier, especially when you have a opportunities in your existing businesses, in you own backyard.”. Yes, it is rightly said by chairman of prestigious Aditya Birla Group who has been leading with the vision and purpose of transforming the group into one that is globally relevant and competent.
I am that kind of person, who loves to travel, go for adventure, a vacation filled with trips, exploring delicious restaurants, and shopping. Shopping is a bit of a relaxing therapy for me, which is sometimes troubling for the bank balance and savings. During school days only I like to go for shopping with my parents in different malls but to check out different types of clothing’s and brand. Whenever I go to different supermarkets, I used to see Aditya Birla Group logo in shopping sections, I was so excited to know about the role of that group or logo played in that particular field. Why is significance of this logo being here, It is the cement company which is famous for, and many more questions I used to ask my parents.
Then my parents told me about the concept of merger and acquisition activity which continues to rise by Aditya Birla group. Pantaloons, Planet fashion, lifestyle are those brands where I used to see contribution of Aditya Birla Group, I was eager to know more about this after coming to home. Being from the middle-class family, I never know the brands such as Skult whose brand ambassador is my one of the favourite actor Shahid Kapoor. My girl friend used to poke me for not knowing the famous brand such as Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Allen Solly, Forever 21, Ted baker, ralph Lauren and many more, all these brands were part of Aditya Birla Group. I should thanks to her for making me aware about today’s market of Fashion and Retail where different brands are trying their hard to compete in such digital world. So thanks to Aditya Birla group for giving me chance to explore and enjoy the shopping. I always say shopping is cheaper than a psychiatrist.
When I see today’s market, Aditya Birla group retail AD fashion limited is India’s no.1 fashion lifestyle entity with a combined revenue of INR 8118 Cr for FY 2019 and EBITDA of INR 619 for FY 2019.It is an impact by Aditya Birla Group in different ways for different people and the ways are forever evolving.

In my Schooling and college days , I am one of the shy person in the class and also poor in academics but when I face those difficulties and hurdles as challenges and tried my level best to overcome it by contributing to it and for the society , I easily overcome all the problems such as low confidence, being introvert, not able to contribute to other .
