"The Writing Process"
In regards to the software provided, I think it is missing a lot of important items that can help with making it easy and simple to having a productive outcome of whatever is to be accomplished.
To name a few the software can be more useful and helpful if it contained icons such as word search, spell check, dictionary, help options, upload and download, word count, edit and create, graphics, pdf, which all would be the ideal conditions for writing.
My preferences while working all depends on my mood and what I am working on at the time, it could be listening to music or silence. I like studying alone and in a group, when studying alone, I can accomplish more, when studying in a group its essential in gaining a broader knowledge of how other people see things.
