It is often mentioned that good health starts off with a healthy eating. The importance of healthy eating are to do work at your best, concentrate better in your studies and eating good food will determine our health. There are some do's and don'ts of our healthy eating.

Firstly, we must eat the food with the correct propositions. We must follow the food pyramid which divided into four parts. We must carbohydrate such as bread, cereals in a large amount. It is needed to supply energy. We must eat fruits and vegetables in moderate amount. It is needed to simulate peristalsis. We must eat proteins such as fish, chicken, yoghurt in a small amount. Proteins are used for building body tissues. Fats such as oil and egg is needed to protect our internal organs.

Secondly, high standards of hygiene is essential when you are preparing food. We must have our food in a clean environment. Before we buy any food, be sure to check on the expiry date. We must drink at least eight glasses of water to control our body temperature. We have to wash the fresh raw ingredients properly and then cook it well before eating. We must cover the cooked foods to avoid diseases such as stomach ache and diarrhea. We have to wash our hands properly with the soap and try to use spoon and fork to eat. Do not use bare hands to cook the foods but try to use gloves.

Then, we must practice some don'ts of healthy eating such as cut down the intake of junk foods like ice-cream, sweets and fast foods such as Pizza, KFC. This kind of foods do not contain nutrients which needed for our body. It only contains a lot of fats, sugar, salt which causes us some sort of diseases . so it is better to avoid the junk foods and fast foods.

After that, we have to avoid eating at the dirty places and stalls. The foods may contain germs and viruses which not good for our health. Dirty restaurant or stalls also will be home for some pests like rats, flies, cockroaches. The food will contained germs and viruses. If we eat the contaminated food, we will get sick. It is good for your health if you avoid eating at dirty eateries.

In a nutshell, to have a good health we also can exercise 30 minutes a day three times a week is good enough. We must train ourselves to have good discipline. Without this, it will be very hard for us to maintaining good health.
