Current Situation at Webster's Water

The current situation at webster's water involves two sections in the organisational structure which are reasonably low and have little power on how the business is run , these two departments are the drivers delivering the water and the people who work in the sales team . They both feel demotivated because of the lack or little amount of consideration has been taken into their ideas to improve the current situation
The current problem the delivery drivers have is that , they feel that they were overworked during the summer and had to receive complaints from customers about them being late delivering the water , however they feel it was not their fault and the actual problem is how hard they were worked and the poor efficiency of the use of drivers at websters.
Moreover the delivery drivers feel there is an imbalance in workload as during the winter they often have few deliveries to make and have nothing to do.
This is a problem that would be quite hard to deal with as the people at the head office can't control the customers wants and needs however they can try and make the delivery drivers have a better rotation of shifts and something that would suit them , to work to their full capability and make their job a much happier and joyful environment to work in .
The sales team seem to have a completely different issue with the head office.
Thier issue is that the people who run the head office very rarely listen to their ideas to improve the current working ideas . Even though the people on the sales team know that their job has a such a minimal amount of power and big decision making is not what they were employed for, they feel like webster's water does not care about them and how their working environment is at the current moment, to add to that even the three managers do not feel listened to and feel powerless as their workers come to them about problems and they get swept away as the people at head office don't want hear any of it
There is a pretty easy way to resolve this and that is by the people who work at the head office to take it on board and listen to what ideas they have to say and eventually resolve the situation at the work and create a better working environment
