It will create jobs for people: by opening up more chains of bakeries it would mean more jobs for people.
It would expand our brand to a different market: by expanding the bakery it would result in more business for us.
Gain a competitive edge in our home market by bringing back to the United States new ideas from international licensees.
Change of Lifestyle: Owning a franchise in another country can result in a new and exciting way of life. Franchising from a cold climate may relish the opportunity to move to a warm, sunny locale to open a business. We could also look forward to expanding their horizons by experiencing and assimilating into a new culture.
Competitor: Every day the global market place grows, mostly between the United States, European Union and the Asian nations.
Environmental Factors :The impact that political and economic have managing international operations
Contracts: The parties that represents different nations signs a contract, disagrees with the resolution that makes things complicated
Employment and Labor forces: Example, managers must make the best and wise decision choosing the right people with the right skills and make that do not have any problems working for a foreign employer.
Cultural Issues: Understanding cultural issues plays a major role in international management it is a tricky role play when building labor forces outsides the USA.
Technology :Technology is the most important role factor ,depending on its significant dealing with foreign policies.
